Crystal Forest at Kutuzovsky

In yesterday's post about "Kutuzovsky, 12" I showed shots of the house after sunset - 8000 bulbs built into the columns light up the entire height of the facade like expensive crystal chandeliers. Today there will be daytime photos and shots of the inside of the house.

By the way, when I wrote that the columns are crystal, I didn't just do it for marketing. The colonnade of the house is made of quartz glass, which is obtained by smelting natural rock crystal. The same glass is used to make lighthouse lenses and optical instruments that require high purity.

The capitals and fasteners of the columns are made of brass - its warm color gives the colonnade a parade-like appearance. The interiors of three lobbies are stylized in the style of Russia's protected areas: birch grove of the middle zone, Siberian taiga and Far Eastern bamboo forest. On the walls, bright mosaics are juxtaposed with restrained brass, and ceiling lamps seem to be an extension of this fantasy forest with a hundred tree trunks.

To the left of the building in a verdant square is a small garden of the four seasons, which changes its colors according to the seasons. Next to it is a European-style austere playground in restrained colors. There are 81 apartments in the building. On the top floor penthouses with eight-meter ceilings.

A case study on price appreciation: a client bought a 94 meter apartment on the 10th floor with us almost at the start of sales in early 2018 for 36,000,000₽, that's 380,000₽ per meter. After 2 years, she decided to sell her apartment and went into the deal for 68,000,000₽, earning a total of 32,000,000₽ or 40% APR.

The house turned out to be a decent, quiet one, with its own mood and character.
