Republic is a premium residential complex comprising 10 stylish towers up to 45 stories high, an office skyscraper, and four restored historic buildings. The Reds building is divided into two sections connected by a shared stylobate and clad in red clinker brick. The facades of the Platinum tower feature Genaldon dolomite and backlit glass panels. The Green building is clad with green ceramic profiled panels, while the Gold building is clad with golden metal panels featuring Stamalite inserts.
Four cultural heritage sites have been preserved on the grounds of the “Republic” Residential Complex—brick buildings of the former steam locomotive workshops from the late 19th century, with a total area of approximately 7,000 m². After renovation, a public hub featuring restaurants, boutiques, and galleries will open here, becoming a key infrastructure hub in Presnya.
The neighborhood’s culinary hub will be located in the former assembly shop building: after work, it will be a pleasure to meet up with loved ones at a restaurant or wine bar, or stop by the wine shop for a bottle of collectible wine.
One of the historic buildings will house a premium-class sports complex by Encore Fitness. Start your day with a swim in the heated pool, and after an active day, visit the fitness center and unwind with spa treatments.
Another building will feature a shopping gallery that will bring together farmers’ markets, gastropubs, fashion boutiques, art spaces, a film club, and fair areas all under one roof.
For families with children, a kindergarten following the Primary Years Program of the International Baccalaureate will open in a restored 19th-century building. Here, under the attentive guidance of teachers, your child will learn to count, write, master the basics of English, and make their first friends.
The ground floors of the residential buildings feature everything needed for everyday comfort: shops, beauty salons, banks, coworking spaces, and cozy cafes—perfect for grabbing breakfast or stopping by on your way to work for a fragrant latte. One of the residential buildings features a clubhouse where you can host a children’s birthday party, a business meeting, or a family celebration. For car owners, a two-level underground parking garage with 1,687 parking spaces has been built, complete with charging stations for electric cars and storage rooms where you can conveniently store bulky seasonal items and sports equipment.
The landscape design was prepared by the British firm Gillespies. The interior space, covering approximately 6 hectares, is designed as a multifunctional environment: it will feature sports fields and playgrounds, a green park perfect for strolling with strollers, as well as a boulevard with a public garden, along which you can walk to the “Belorusskaya” metro station in 12 minutes. A dry fountain will be installed in the central square: adults will enjoy watching the synchronized jets of water, while children will have fun running away from the splashes.
A large open terrace has been built on the stylobate section of the complex, where you can relax while taking in the city views. The main attraction will be Sbornaya Square—a place where restaurants will operate, farmers’ markets will be held, pop-up bars will be set up, and flower festivals will take place during the warmer months.
The Presnensky District is home to more than 10 medical centers, 40 kindergartens, 15 schools, and the capital’s leading universities: the Mendeleev Russian Chemical-Technical University, the Russian University of Technology, the Russian State Humanitarian University, and the Moscow State Pedagogical University.
