Republic is a premium residential complex of 10 stylish towers up to 45 floors high, an office high-rise and 4 restored historic buildings. The Reds building is divided into 2 sections, united by a common stylobate, and faced with red clinker brick. The facades of the Platinum tower are clad with Genaldonian dolomite and backlit glass panels. The Green house is clad in green ceramic profiled panels, while the Gold house is clad in gold metallic panels with stemalite inserts.
On the territory of the Residential Complex "Republik" 4 objects of cultural heritage have been preserved - brick buildings of former steam locomotive workshops of the end of XIX century with a total area of about 7 000 m². After the reconstruction a public cluster with restaurants, boutiques, galleries will open here and will become an important infrastructural point on Presnya.
The gastronomic center of the quarter will unfold in the building of the former assembly shop: after work it is nice to meet with loved ones in a restaurant, wine bar or look for a bottle of collectible wine in the enoteca.
One of the historic buildings will house a premium fitness center by Encore Fitness. Start the day with a swim in the warm pool, and after an active day you can hit the fitness room and relax with spa treatments.
Another building will feature a shopping arcade that will bring together farm food stores, gastro bars, fashion boutiques, art spaces, a movie club and fairgrounds under its roof.
For families with children, a kindergarten will open in a restored 19th-century building, working on the first stage of the International Baccalaureate. Here, under the careful attention of teachers, your child will learn to count, write, learn the basics of English and make his or her first friends.
