“Hyde”—impressive skyscrapers in Ramenki near the nature reserve

The Hide project, consisting of three 41-story towers, was designed by the architectural firm ADM. Each tower has its own color scheme: silver-brick, industrial black, and gold. The facades of the latter feature dynamic contours along their entire height, thanks to numerous bay windows that create the effect of a rotating building.

You’ll find a similar approach in the High Life, Famous, and “River Park Kutuzovsky” projects by ADM. And this interplay of volumes on skyscraper facades is becoming a defining feature of high-rise Moscow.

The lobby interior was designed by renowned designers—the Sundukov sisters—who created a stylish lounge space with high ceilings and stucco moldings. It’s a pleasant place to relax at the bar with a fireplace or meet up with a friend. In the future, there will be home offices, meeting rooms, a communal lounge, and a terrace with a picnic area.

The interior grounds feature a landscaped courtyard-park with an abundance of greenery, massive stones, and promenades. It’s a pleasure to stroll across the suspended bridges, do morning yoga on the lush lawns, or play with your child on the playground.

All apartments feature floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. You can admire picturesque views of the City towers, Moscow State University, the Moskva River, Victory Park, and Vorobyovy Gory. Even from the 5th floor, the view from the window will be delightful thanks to the neighboring “Setun River Valley” nature reserve.
