“TALLER” has been nominated for the Arendator Awards
The “TALLER” business center has been nominated for the 2026 Arendator Awards in the “Best Class A Business Center” category.
The 12-story Class A+ business center, with a total area of approximately 53,800 m², is the first project of this caliber to be completed in the Paveletsky District in 14 years.
One of the complex’s key features is its digital infrastructure. The building houses an integrated data center that provides autonomous power supply, high-speed internet, and smart control of building systems.
Contactless identification, interactive navigation, and a unified mobile app are also provided. The project has received the “Cloud-Ready Building” (Cloud Ready Building, CRB).
The architectural concept was developed by the SPICH architectural firm under the leadership of Sergey Choban. The building’s design combines elements of industrial heritage with modern materials: a restored red-brick tower, clinker brick, Corten steel, and glass.
In August 2026, “TALLER” also won the International Architecture Awards in the “Office Buildings” category.
