Sales Launch at “Badaevsky”
Capital Group has begun sales of 37 creative spaces in the historic buildings of the former Badaevsky Brewery. Among the offerings are two-level units under a dome featuring a spiral staircase and arched ceilings, as well as spaces with patios and private access to an accessible rooftop. Some units are designed to accommodate a fireplace.
The brewery’s architectural ensemble was designed by August Weber and Roman Klein. Capital Group is restoring the historic buildings. The creative spaces will become part of the infrastructure of “Badaevsky”.
Cafes, restaurants, shops, a food market, a sports complex with a swimming pool, and a children’s center will open here. A landscaped park inspired by the Russian forest will stretch nearby, and an underground parking garage will be located beneath the new buildings.
The project is located on the waterfront of the Moskva River. Open a studio here with a view of historic architecture, host exhibitions and client meetings, or set up an office in an unusual location steeped in history. The spaces are scheduled to open in 2028.
