Architecture of “NORD GATE”
The “Pioneer” office complex will become part of the “Petrovsko-Razumovskaya” transportation hub, where the metro, MCD-1, MCD-3, and the Moscow–St. Petersburg high-speed rail line will intersect.
A crescent-shaped covered urban walkway will be built between the two towers, which are 41 and 28 stories tall. The complex’s total area will be 175,000 m².
The first phase will be located on Lokomotivny Proezd. The firm “Kleinwelt Architekten” has developed a dynamic architectural design featuring flowing contours and glass facades complemented by protruding slats.
The roofs of the towers will be adorned with crown-shaped elements. The offices will offer views of the Ostankino TV Tower, VDNKh, Moscow City, and the parks of northern Moscow.
For meetings and working outside the office, the complex will feature a double-height lobby with a lounge area, cafes and restaurants, shops, and services. The surrounding area will feature a plaza with an art installation, landscaped flower beds, summer terraces, and a covered coworking space. A parking garage with 461 spaces has been designed for vehicles.
The first phase is scheduled to open in 2030.
