The “OPUS” business center on Derbenevskaya Embankment has received a “Gold” level certificate from the Russian building rating system “Klever.” The 34,500-square-meter property scored 60% under the methodology for new buildings.

“OPUS” received its highest score in the “Water Consumption” category. The business center will install water-saving equipment, implement separate water metering, and install additional metering devices.
“OPUS” is part of a project of the same name that includes a clubhouse. The business center will house offices, a designer lobby, and amenities for residents. The architectural concept was developed by the firm “Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.”
