"Mangazeya" Enters the Office Market
The developer “Mangazeya” is preparing to enter the Moscow office market. The total area of the company’s prospective commercial properties will exceed 360,000 m².
The largest will be a business center in the Tulskaya district, designed to accommodate 4,000 employees. It will feature a restaurant, a fitness center, and meeting rooms. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2030.
Commercial infrastructure will begin to take shape earlier. By the end of 2027, the premium “AURA” complex will feature a restaurant serving signature cuisine and about 20 commercial spaces. In 2028, a 2,000 m² medical center is scheduled to open nearby.
Another major business project, “Mangazeya,” is being developed near the River Station. New business centers will also be built in Moscow’s Northern and Western Administrative Districts.
The company is also developing other commercial ventures. By 2027, the total area of mixed-use space in its projects will exceed 43,000 m². In addition, the developer is preparing to open the “NAZARE” retail and entertainment center, with an area of nearly 41,000 m², which will house more than 100 stores and restaurants.
