"Mangazei" office towers

A new business complex called “Mangazei” will be built in western Moscow. Two towers of different heights will be erected across from the MCD “Ochakovo” station on Stroykombinat Passage. The project’s total area will exceed 130,000 m².

The architecture combines glass facades, golden-hued metal details, and flowing lines. The towers are rounded, and some of the buildings are elevated above the ground on cylindrical supports. The concept combines elements of high-tech, neo-futurism, and neoclassicism.

For employees and guests of the complex, there will be outdoor recreational areas, a terrace on the stylobate, and walking paths amid multi-level landscaping. A 480-space parking lot will be provided for vehicles. A plot of land measuring approximately 1.2 hectares has been allocated for construction; “Mangazeya” acquired this plot from the PIK Group in 2024.

Whitewill’s portfolio also includes the developer’s residential projects:

• “Musa” — a collection of residences in the Aeroport district featuring signature architecture, panoramic terraces, and a private, year-round courtyard with a fountain. Residents have access to a fitness center, a coworking space, an art space, and children’s playrooms.

• “Nazare”— six towers in Bogorodskoye, near the “Losiny Ostrov,” “Sokolniki,” and “Izmailovsky” parks. The complex will feature a pedestrian boulevard, sports and playgrounds, and a shopping center with cafes, restaurants, and services.

• “Aura”— two premium-class towers on Bolshaya Tula Street with striking facades in shades of silver and bronze. Plans include a private promenade with a waterfall, a coworking space, a fitness center, a restaurant serving signature cuisine, and a private preschool.

• “Mangazeya on the River” — a business-class neighborhood near the Northern River Station. Residents will have access to a 3.2-km-long promenade, a wellness center with a rooftop pool, a marina for yachts and motorboats, a school, and a kindergarten.
