"Donstroy" Is Changing Its Approach to Offices

Moscow’s office market is changing amid growing competition and the entry of residential developers into the market. Olesya Shmeleva, commercial real estate project manager at Donstroy, spoke about this at a CRE business breakfast.

According to her, new business clusters will emerge in the city by 2030, and the peak in office completions by residential developers is expected in 2028. Projects with a total area of approximately 790,000 m² have been announced for this period.

Companies have begun to pay closer attention to the work environment. In addition to office space, they value cafes, restaurants, stores, and public spaces that allow employees to meet their daily needs in one place. Donstroy is applying this approach when developing office projects in Ramenki.

Here, the developer is creating a new business cluster consisting of a business center and a business park. The “A+” class office center is designed to accommodate 1,700 workstations, with a total area of approximately 22,900 m². The first floor will house a corporate café with an area of over 500 m², and the rooftop will feature an open terrace with an area of over 470 m².

The “Ramenki” business park is designed for companies of various sizes. Here, you can choose an office ranging from 50 m² for a small business, a space ranging from 250 to 1,600 m² for a growing company, or a 15,300 m² headquarters. The project also features offices with terraces, its own landscaped park, and green public spaces.
