The 150-meter “Sever” skyscraper
Gals-Development has completed the monolithic construction work on the “Sever” prime-class business center near the “Dinamo” metro station. A total of 44,307 m³ of concrete was poured, and the tower reached a height of 150 m.
The architectural concept was developed by the firm “UNK Architects.” The building resembles a trophy: the tower rises above a two-story stylobate, which will house shops, a restaurant, a café, a bank, a dry cleaner, and other services.
Offices ranging in size from 1,495 to 2,831 m² will occupy the upper floors. These spaces will feature meeting rooms, executive offices, conference rooms, business lounges, coffee stations, and relaxation areas. Thanks to panoramic glazing and ceilings starting at 3.6 m, the spaces will be flooded with natural light.
Currently, facade structures, elevators, and building services are being installed on-site. The area surrounding the business center is being landscaped, with barrier-free pathways and bicycle parking being created. “Sever” is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027.
