We had a chance to talk to the developer's key representatives: Andrei Akhinko, Vice President and Head of Comfort Services, about service and exclusive services, and Ivan Obukhov, Vice President of Sales, about new projects for 2026 and trends in the premium segment.
We also talked to Oleg Klodt, an architect and designer whose bureau creates deluxe-class interiors for private residences, villas, yachts and elite new buildings in the center of Moscow. We asked Oleg what Russian designers are already comparable to Western designers and what trends are setting the tone in deluxe interiors today.
The bureau's team worked on interiors in"Lavrushinsky","Obydensky No. 1"and the new "Sminex" project on Patriarch's Pond - "Palashyovsky 11".
The architectural concept of three different facades was developed by the bureau "Architectural Dialogue with Megapolis". The project is decorated with glass semi-columns, natural stone, wave-shaped balconies and cantilevered terraces.
Residences feature high ceilings, master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. A fitness room with professional equipment, a children's room, a private courtyard garden with walkways and underground parking are designed.
