Meeting with the developer "Sens"
On May 14, we stopped by developer Sense's business brunch. The conversation centered on different generations in one office: their values, habits, and view of the workspace.
The format is chamber, but with depth. We analyzed how differently generations look at the workspace and why the office for many people is no longer just a place of work, but an extension of themselves - values, rhythm, lifestyle.
The conversation was led by Alexander Rikel, PhD in Psychology, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University, an expert on the topic of generations.
Talked about scenarios of office behavior, what young professionals expect from an environment where there is a miscommunication between ages in the same space. And how these shifts are already changing the market and the approach to creating business districts.
The practical part was taken up by Alexey Chernichkin, head of sales for Sense's landmark project, the Omni Tower. On the example of the business center he showed how new expectations are embodied in a real product: philosophy, logic of decisions, investment story.
Such meetings help our brokers to look at the product more broadly, to get a finer sense of what is important to clients. Meanwhile, the city continues to change - and we are changing with it.
We continue to follow Sens.
By the way, office sales is one of our strengths. We know the market inside out and are willing to share nuances that you won't find in the public domain.
Whitewill's portfolio also includes the ultra-modern project "Sens" - a premium residential complex "Logos" for 255 apartments in 6 minutes on foot from the metro station "Tulskaya". The architecture was developed by the bureau "Apex".
The facades are clad in mesh aluminum panels with rounded balconies that resemble stacks of coins - in honor of the Mint next door.
