The building is built on the site of an early 20th century mansion with a house church of St. Martyr Tryphon. The project was designed by the architectural bureau Apex: anodized aluminum facades give the house lightness, and the evening illumination creates the feeling that it glows from within. The rounded balconies resemble stacks of coins, which refers to the history of the place: the Moscow Mint is located across the street.
Logos House has created a rich infrastructure. Start your day with a workout in the gym or yoga room. After your workout, it's nice to relax in the sauna or stop by the coffee shop for a cup of latte. Hold a business meeting or work in silence in a cozy co-working space with meeting rooms. Relax in the evening in a cozy lounge-zone by the fireplace, have a movie in a private cinema or play a couple of matches in the cybersport zone. And if you want quiet, go up to the "soaring library", which connects two sections of the house.
There are two terraces on the roof of the Logos house. The eastern one is suitable for quiet morning rituals: here it is pleasant to meet the dawn with a cup of tea, meditate or just be in silence. The West Terrace is a two-level terrace designed for outdoor relaxation. Have dinner with friends or a romantic date at sunset as the city lights come on.
You can buy 1-3 bedroom apartments starting from 32m² or a view penthouse with a terrace and fireplace. White box finishing will allow you to avoid rough work and realize your own design project to your taste.
