May's warm news: deals, gigs, traveling

The lingering holidays are over, which as an entrepreneur makes me angry. Angry because everyone relaxes, many partners close their sales offices and entire departments fly away to warmer climes. Lawyers are basking under the May sun - contracts and documents stop moving or are made for weeks.

And we always work hard during the holidays, increase the advertising budget, bring out a full set of duty - because if you relax and lose on calls and requests, the statistics will run down and the monetary effect of this will hurt the liver of the company in a month or two.

In the days while I was sailing on a cruise around Europe the guys closed deals on rare weekdays: Marsha sold an apartment in the Silver Fountain, and Stas in the A-residence club mansions for 30 million. Denis sold a great lot in "Renome" by Sminex for 70,000,000 and Irina signed a deal for 82,000,000 in the incredibly beautiful and drowning in greenery complex "Cherry Orchard".
