Premium house "Chkalov" on the Garden Ring

In front of you - fresh photos of Oleg Torbosov, which he took during the walk by the project "Chkalov". It was very interesting how the long-awaited house turned out to be. Why long-awaited? The keys were supposed to be issued in 2023, but because of the pandemic and the change of contractor, the construction was delayed for a year more.
The house is located on the Garden Ring, next to the Atrium shopping center, Kursk station and right above the Chkalovskaya metro station. The longer construction period is partly due to the complicated foundation works: the construction over the metro line added to the contractors' troubles.
The project consists of two 21-storey towers with a common stylobate with a shopping gallery and a landscaped roof. In total there are 396 apartments in the complex: and all of them are finished. This is quite a bold decision for the developer and another reason for the five-year construction cycle.
The architecture of the project was created by specialists from Speech bureau headed by their head Sergey Choban. The facades are made of white faceted fiber concrete panels. Club infrastructure is organized on the 5th floor: residents have access to a co-working space, a gym and a yoga studio.
For 3 years in a row we were leading in the number of transactions in the project, that's why we were worried about the delayed construction. Admittedly, we got a lot of questions from clients after each overdue quarter. But judging by the way the house turned out, it was worth the wait.
At the start of sales in 2019, the price of a meter began with 350,000 rubles. Now its cost has risen to 670,000 rubles. This is 15-17% per annum, taking into account the delay in construction. And by the time the project was handed over, the developer had 15% of the entire stock left on sale.
