A new skyscraper will be built in Moscow City
Europe’s tallest residential skyscraper will be built in Moscow City. The tower on Antonova-Ovseyenko Street, part of “City-2,” will stand 450 meters tall.
The project was developed by the Meganom architectural firm. The 95-story building will house 1,018 apartments, and five underground levels will be dedicated to infrastructure. The total area of the project will be 225,366 m².
Previously, a concept for the site was presented featuring facades resembling the “Jenga” game. The final design has not yet been officially unveiled. Several iconic skyscrapers are already under construction in “Moscow City”:
• “AURUS Residences” —a 96-story tower. At a height of 30 m, a 5,000 m² private park will be created, and even higher up, there will be a club floor with an open terrace.
• “Dom Dau”— a 340-meter tower combining apartments, penthouses, and skyhouses. A park will be developed nearby, along with comprehensive infrastructure.
• “ONE” — A 90-story tower will combine residential, office, and retail spaces. Residents will enjoy panoramic views, a rooftop garden, and exclusive amenities.
