“Pyzhevsky”—First Buyers
The “Pyzhevsky” residential complex by “Tecta Group” in Zamoskvorechye has just hit the market—sales began in April. But there are already those who have appreciated its unusual architecture and layout, which is rare for the capital.
This intimate ensemble of four buildings was designed by the architectural firm “Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.” The project’s defining feature is one of Moscow’s largest colonnades.
