A New Premium-Class Residential Complex from “Stone”
Mosgosstroynadzor has issued a building permit for the construction of a premium-class residential complex at 12 Novodanilovskaya Embankment—“Stone Blick.”
The project, with a total area of approximately 90,000 m², will be located in the Donskoy District—one of the capital’s most prestigious locations. Two residential towers, 30 and 50 stories tall, will be connected by a stylobate. The interior will feature a restaurant, a fitness center, shops, and amenities.
80% of the apartments offer scenic views. The windows provide panoramic views of the Moskva River, Moscow City, Moscow State University, and the city’s historic center. “Stone Blick” combines a proximity to the water—a rarity in Moscow—with a well-developed business environment and convenient access to the city center. This type of property is particularly appealing to those who view real estate not only as a place to live but also as an asset with growth potential.
The site is already ready for construction to begin: equipment and materials have been delivered, and foundation work will start shortly. You still have until July 15 to lock in the current purchase terms. For those who have been waiting for the building permit, this is a strong entry point before the next price adjustment.

An enclosed courtyard with terraces, as well as areas for relaxation and working outdoors. The lobby features a café and a business lounge for meetings.
“Stone Grain”. Two towers—45 and 20 stories tall—create a distinctive skyline. Clinker brick facades, panoramic windows, and terraces set the mood.
