Construction Begins on “Ridge”
Strana Development and Novaya Era have begun construction of the Ridge residential complex in Maryina Roscha. The first building will be part of a premium development in northeast Moscow.
The first phase will cover 66,500 square meters. The 9-section building, with varying numbers of stories, will house 672 apartments; some sections will reach up to 26 stories in height.
One of the project’s highlights will be a rooftop deck on the 13th floor covering more than 2,200 m². It will feature a 240-meter-long pedestrian bridge, a jogging track, areas for yoga and strength training, and an outdoor summer movie theater.
The 1.8-hectare courtyard will be divided into private and public sections; it will be equipped with playgrounds, sports fields, and an amphitheater, and the green spaces will be landscaped.
The lobby will feature a reception desk, concierge service, meeting rooms, and a children’s play area. The ground floors will house shops, service outlets, and cafés for everyday convenience. The underground level will house a parking garage with 415 parking spaces and 55 storage units.
“Ridge” is located a 5-minute walk from the “Rizhskaya” metro station. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2030.
