Whitewill Transactions—The Market Puts Them to the Test
Year after year, leading up to Whitewill Sensation, the team managed to put together an impressive string of deals. It was a birthday gift for the company.
The first month of summer was often among our top three for the year. But apparently not in 2026.
In June, the team closed 113 deals worth ₽9.9 billion. We fell just short of 10. The leasing department closed 68 deals worth ₽33 million. That’s respectable for the current market, but I see room for growth.
Russia accounted for 86% of total sales. The largest deal in Moscow was a 2-billion-ruble transaction from the office real estate department. The mansion division sold a cozy mansion in Khamovniki for ₽550 million.
In new construction projects, deals totaling ₽680 million were closed at “Tessinsky, 5” by “Element” and ₽450 million at “Life Time” by “Sminex.” Five transactions took place at “High Life”—that’s another ₽380 million. On the resale market, the largest sale was an apartment in “Four Suns” for ₽252 million.
The top deal in the suburban office sector was a house in “Swan Lake” for ₽330 million. The retail division sold a large property on Osennaya Street for ₽350 million. The St. Petersburg office sold four apartments for ₽100 million.
I’m glad that every Whitewill department contributed to the overall bottom line. Everything I carefully built up during the boom years is now generating deals and sustaining the company.
The Middle East is drifting leisurely under the summer sun. Nevertheless, the team sold 35 apartments here in a single month, totaling $18 million.
On Friday, July 3, we’re celebrating Whitewill’s tenth anniversary. We’re hosting our traditional Whitewill Sensation. We’ve invited our dedicated partners, loyal developers, recent clients, and the entire team to the celebration. We’re expecting about a thousand guests. Life goes on.
