Whitewill's March 2026 Transactions Report
March. The first month of spring. The first month in the new realities in the Middle East. The team closed 120 deals worth ₽13.7 billion, plus 35 deals from the leasing department worth ₽18 million. It's not a bad month.
Russia again takes a big piece of the pie - 70% of the total. The big deal of the month"Lavrushinsky" - ₽1.8 billion. Not less cool - a penthouse in "Russian Seasons". "Russian Seasons" {for ₽1.7 billion.
The amount of the deal is a little less, but what a price per meter - ₽6.2 million. I have not heard that someone in Moscow sold more expensive meter without finishing. I think this is a new price record for the capital. And it's for Whitewill again.
In the Middle East, 50 transactions closed in March. The leader of the month in Dubai - a villa in "Signature Mansions" (Signature Mansions) for $ 11 million. In Abu Dhabi the main driver is "Manchester City Yas Residences" (Manchester City Yas Residences). Here closed 6 lots for $8.8 million.
