The story of one deal. Elite school.

For over a year we worked with a client who had a private school in Moscow. The school was strong, with a reputation and an affluent audience. The owners of the school had built up resentment towards the owner of the building where they were located. So they decided to move.

The request is not an easy one. The building for the school must meet dozens of standards: layout, classrooms, stairs, territory.

We found the first building quickly. We almost reached a contract, everything was agreed upon, but after an expert examination it turned out that it was impossible to obtain an educational license for this building. The deal had to be stopped, and we continued the search.

And then in December, finally, it all came together. We found the premises right next to the "City Park" residential complex on the border with Presnensky Park.

The place is top-notch. Presnya. Near a lot of expensive housing. A rare case when the location itself is already an argument.

The kicker is that there used to be a private school in this building. But then it moved out and the building was empty. Although it was fully equipped for school: classrooms, assembly hall, infrastructure - everything is in place.

There were several applicants for the facility, but in the end it was us who signed the lease for our client. In January, classes will start there. Children will sit at desks, and the building will live its proper, noisy, school life again.

I can't write the rental value at the client's request, but I will say that this is the largest rental deal in our history.
