A new complex will be built near Krasnaya Presnya
An office and residential complex will be built on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, next to Capital Towers. According to preliminary data, it will cover an area of 70,000 m², and the buildings will not exceed 75 m in height. Centavraprofi, a subsidiary of Capital Group, is handling the design
The site was previously used as a small public park. Initially, there were plans to build underground tennis courts here; later, the area was considered as a private park for Capital Towers residents. In 2025, a concept for an office complex was developed for the site, and design work has now intensified.
Capital Towers has become one of Capital Group’s most prominent projects on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. The complex consists of three towers up to 70 stories tall, housing 837 apartments. The architecture was designed by the firm “Skuratov Architects.”
Capital Towers residents have access to a fitness center with a pool and spa, a children’s center, cafes, and restaurants. The complex is located a 5-minute walk from “Moscow City,” next to Krasnaya Presnya Park. The new project will be part of the development of the area surrounding Capital Towers.
