"Sminex" Unveiled a Kids' Club at "Lavrushinsky"
The developer hosted a press tour of the “Lavrushinsky” residential building, focusing on the project’s children’s facilities. Guests were able not only to tour the space but also to test it out together with their children.
The children’s club features a nautical theme. It features play areas, slides, a dry ball pit, and a suspended maze. The space is designed for children of various ages and will be part of the private amenities for residents.
