Congratulations to Vladimir Gribov on a 238,000,000-ruble deal in the “Nikol” luxury neighborhood. Nikolskaya is one of Moscow’s most distinctive streets, and this project truly promises to be a landmark development.
What’s important to know about “Nikol”?
• A prime location in the very heart of Moscow. The luxury residential complex is located in Kitay-Gorod, just minutes from the Kremlin and Red Square. Just outside the building’s doors lies the Moscow that draws so many to live in the city center: historic streets, theaters, restaurants, and the capital’s major cultural landmarks.
• World-class architecture. Heatherwick Studio and Paris Classical Architects are working on the project. Historic buildings blend with modern architecture, giving “Nicole” the appearance of a self-contained architectural ensemble.
• Three distinct spaces. The complex consists of “Nicole Club,” “Nicole Residence,” and “Nicole Collection.” Each part has its own character and architectural approach: ranging from expressive contemporary forms to a more classical and understated aesthetic.
• Unique property layouts. The project features apartments with unique layouts, duplex residences, penthouses with skylights, and townhouses with private patios. The historic building of the 1737 Hadji-Konsta estate will house duplex apartments.
• Private spaces within the neighborhood. Landscaped gardens and walking areas are planned for the courtyards. A separate part of the project will be a pedestrian promenade connecting Bolshoy Cherkassky and Bogoyavlensky Lanes.
• Interiors by international designers. Hirsch Bedner Associates is responsible for the design of the “Nicole Club” and “Nicole Residence” are handled by Hirsch Bedner Associates, while the interiors of “Nicole Collection” are being designed by Koh Interior Design. The project features ready-made designer interiors in classic and contemporary styles, as well as a “White Box Deluxe” format for custom space design.
“Nicole” is a rare project for Moscow, conceived as a full-fledged luxury neighborhood with restaurants, boutiques, and public and cultural spaces.
