"The Cherry Orchard" on Mosfilmovskaya is completely ready

Last week, Whitewill brokers were invited to “Cherry Orchard” for a private event marking the completion of the third and final phase.

The project can now be seen in its entirety: the first buildings, where residents have been living for some time, landscaped courtyards, completed infrastructure, and the new phase, which completes the complex’s architectural vision.

We were greeted by Alexey Blanin, founder of AB Development. He spoke about the project not only as a developer: he himself lives in the first phase of “Cherry Orchard.” Alexey shared what life is like here, from morning coffee to walks by the Mosfilm Pond.

“The Cherry Orchard” is located in a quiet part of Mosfilm. Nearby are the Mosfilm Pond, green walking paths, “Kofemania,” a World Class fitness center with a pool, a golf club, and the Mosfilm film studio. It’s close to the city center, but the complex itself is a world away from the city’s noise. Its main strengths are low-rise buildings, privacy, green spaces, and a peaceful, family-friendly environment.

The buildings range from 8 to 14 stories in height. The courtyards feature playgrounds, workout areas, gazebos, fountains, outdoor chess sets, and many mature trees. Most apartments feature terraces, and the ground-floor units include private patios—a rarity in Moscow.

The apartments in “Cherry Orchard” stand out from the usual offerings in Moscow in the same segment. Spacious residences, plenty of light, and a maximum of four units per floor.

All apartments are corner units, so they feel more airy and feature more interesting spatial layouts. Options are available both fully finished and in a raw concrete state: you can choose a ready-to-move-in residence or customize the interior to your liking.

The first phase was completed in 2020, and since then, “Cherry Orchard” has become one of the most prominent buildings in western Moscow. This is a rare case where the project needs no introduction beyond its renderings.

There are currently about 30 units remaining in the project. Prices start at 133 million rubles for a one-bedroom residence.
