Arches on facades - a new trend in Moscow real estate

You must have noticed an interesting detail - you can find arches or arched windows on the facades of many premium houses. This technique began to gain popularity after the successful Brodsky project in Khamovniki, which sold out very quickly.

But if in "Brodsky" all the windows simply have an arched frame, then in one of the houses of the project "Zilart" - the arch is used for its intended purpose. It is a through passage to the inner territory of the house from the embankment. It also nicely decorates the exterior.
