Kazachiy is a deluxe club house in the heart of Zamoskvorechye, just one kilometer from the Kremlin. The project is located a five-minute walk from the Polyanka metro station. There are only 76 apartments and four exclusive penthouses here—a rare layout for Moscow’s historic center.
The architectural concept was developed by the WALL architectural firm. The architects did not seek to create a striking building for the sake of show; on the contrary, the building thoughtfully preserves the scale and character of old Yakimanka. Snow-white facades, clean lines, ornate stained-glass windows, and refined natural materials reinterpret the traditions of White Stone Moscow within a contemporary architectural context.
Kazachiy was conceived as a private club for those who appreciate tranquility, a high level of service, and an exceptional setting. There are no commercial spaces here, and the common areas are accessible only to residents. Inside the building, you’ll find a library with a fireplace, a fitness area, a spa, a private garden, and concierge service.
Zamoskvorechye becomes a natural extension of the building. A few minutes’ walk takes you to the Tretyakov Gallery, the “GES-2” cultural center, Pyatnitskaya Street, or Bolshaya Ordynka Street, home to the neighborhood’s best restaurants.
