Phantom Club House is a deluxe residential complex by developer Sense in Moscow’s Meshchansky District, between Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Sretenskaya Street, near Malaya Sukharevskaya Square. The North and South buildings were designed by the London-based firm PLP Architecture—this is the firm’s first residential project in Moscow. The East Building was created by the international team at Da Costa Mahindroo Architects. Specialists from both firms preserved the lightness of the silhouette and the predominance of white in the finishes: the facades are characterized by continuous glazing, wide terraces, and vertical louvers that allow light to pass through while maintaining the privacy of the residences.
Residents of “Phantom” will be able to step out of the lobby directly into their own 0.5-hectare courtyard garden—designed by the Hong Kong studio ONE Landscape based on the principle of the five senses of perceiving nature: the sound of leaves, the play of light and shadow, and the tactile sensations of natural materials. The courtyard is closed to vehicle traffic: it features walking paths, playgrounds, and secluded areas hidden from prying eyes.
The building features 99 residences—apartments, duplexes, and penthouses ranging in size from 68 to 547 m². The number of units is limited, and the floor plans are designed to accommodate various lifestyles. The North and South buildings are delivered fully finished with solid oak, marble, and travertine; kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped with premium-grade appliances. The East building is sold without finishes—as a blank canvas for your own design project.
The location’s advantages include privacy, the neighborhood’s prestige, and proximity to the historic center. These include the gated nature of the area: nearby gardens, parks, theaters, museums, shops, and restaurants, and a leisurely stroll along Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Neglinnaya Street will take you to the Kremlin in half an hour. It’s a two-minute walk to the “Sukharevskaya” metro station, so getting around the city isn’t affected by traffic jams. Residents of “Phantom” have access to an underground parking garage with 184 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles, its own car wash, and valet service. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
