The “Verde” residential complex is a premium-class club-style building by Highgate Development on Dokuchaev Lane, just two minutes from the Garden Ring. The building has only nine residences: eight apartments—two per floor—and one exclusive penthouse that occupies the entire top floor.
The facade of the 1910 building—the former Richter apartment building—was restored by ASADOV under the direction of architect Alexander Asadov. The main facade has retained the clean lines of the historic structure, while the courtyard facades exude a more intimate, homey atmosphere. Dark-green Karelian granite, glazed ceramics, and French balconies with handcrafted wrought-iron patterns emphasize the building’s grandeur.
The inner courtyard is an intimate garden divided into four private zones, landscaped by the “Architecture of Living Form” studio: an outdoor fireplace, a small lounge for quiet relaxation, and a play area with German Richter equipment. The interiors of the lobby and communal lounge were designed by DBA-GROUP—natural materials and green marble create the atmosphere of a private club.
The apartments range in size from 120 to 174 square meters, with ceiling heights of 3.5 meters in the apartments and up to 4.8 meters in the common areas. The apartments are sold as shell units, with the option to combine adjacent units for a custom design project. The 300-square-meter penthouse offers up to six bedrooms, separate main and service entrances, and a staff room.
The building is located in the historic center of Moscow, near Krasnye Vorota, Sukharevskaya Square, and Chistye Prudy. The automated underground parking garage allocates one parking space per apartment and two for the penthouse. The developer plans to complete “Verde” in the fourth quarter of 2026.
