Not a parking space or a studio apartment outside the Moscow Ring Road. This money could serve as a down payment on a full-sized apartment in the new high-rise “RIDGE” neighborhood near Rizhskaya Street. Essentially, it’s a premium property at a business-class price.

The architectural concept was developed by the Kamen architectural firm. Its centerpiece will be a 69-story tower, and at a height of 250 meters, there will be a private rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Moscow. The apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and ceilings at least 3.1 meters high.

For residents, the design includes a 3-hectare private courtyard garden, spaces for walking and sports, an open-air movie theater, and a coworking space. The project also includes a suspended bridge, a tea house, a concert hall, a preschool, and a grand lobby with meeting rooms and a play area.

Two metro stations, two MCD stations, and the “Rizhskaya” transit hub are located nearby. It’s a 1-minute drive to the Third Transport Ring, 7 minutes to the Garden Ring, and 15 minutes to Moscow City.

A 40-square-meter apartment costs about 20.6 million rubles. With a 3.5-year installment plan, the payment schedule looks like this:

— 30% down payment — 6 million rubles;

— remaining balance — about 14.4 million rubles;

— with equal monthly payments — 344,000 ₽;

— installment period — 3.5 years.

This way, you lock in the apartment’s price at the start of sales and don’t tie up the entire amount in the business right away. During construction, the project and its surroundings may move into a different price category. Once the installment plan is complete, you can keep the apartment for yourself, resell it, or rent it out.
