“Fili City” – Skyscrapers Near Kutuzovsky
One of my goals is to shoot all the iconic projects and locations in the cities where Whitewill sells real estate. Through photo stories, I try to capture the atmosphere and architectural details of these locations to help our clients find the right place to live or invest.
The stately “Fili City” neighborhood is gradually taking shape next to Fili Park. It is a joint project by the architectural firms ADM and SPEECH.
The project consists of an urban block and two towers, Andante and Adagio, standing 42 and 31 stories tall. They flank the main plaza, which features a dry fountain and summer terraces for restaurants. Dining here is a real pleasure.
The landscaping and public spaces were designed by Buromoscow. They transformed the area into more than just a courtyard—it’s now a multifunctional living environment where you can comfortably exercise, relax, and spend time with friends.
A boulevard lined with cafes and markets runs along the buildings. There’s also a preschool with a playground here. The landscaped courtyard-park will delight your children with its cool play areas.
The play areas are designed for different age groups: ranging from sandboxes with wooden ducklings to a tall wooden tower on a hill for teenagers.
To support an active lifestyle, the complex features sports facilities. You can shoot some hoops on the basketball court, work out in the modern workout area, or play table tennis.
There is also a quiet area for adults with hammocks strung between the trees and comfortable benches for socializing.
