Transactions in September 2026
Fall has always been busier than summer for us. Clients are returning from vacation. Postponed decisions are turning into deals. But I had no doubt that this September would be anything but easy.
In the end, the Whitewill team closed 107 deals in September totaling 7.77 billion rubles. I hope these magnificent sevens will bring us good luck in the coming months. The rental market was encouraging—79 contracts were signed for 38 million.
Moscow and St. Petersburg accounted for 77% of the month’s total volume. The largest transaction was an apartment in “Klo 17” for 405 million. Next was a villa in Cameo for 390 million and an apartment in “Sadovye Kvartaly” for ₽320 million. In “Primavera” there were seven transactions totaling ₽80 million over the month. Two more apartments were sold in “Badaevsky” for 240 million.
In Abu Dhabi, the largest transaction was worth $3.7 million. In Dubai—$3.1 million. In Oman, 15 transactions were closed over the month. The largest was $800,000. That’s how it goes, buddy. I wonder if we’ll be able to get volumes back up this fall. The three busiest months of the year are ahead of us. Let’s get to work.
