Sales results for August. Harvest time

In the last summer month, we closed 132 deals worth 11 billion ₽:

- 60% in Moscow.

- 34% in the Middle East.

- 6% - in London and Miami.

Even though we've temporarily closed the office in America, we've done more deals in Miami. Eight in one month. The Moscow rental department added another 75 deals, amounting to 31 million ₽.

August's biggest sales:

- 445 million ₽ - at Life on Plyushchikha in Khamovniki.

- 400 million ₽ - a mansion on Balchug.

- 330 million ₽ - in the OKO Towers in the City.

- 174 million ₽ - at Nine Elms in London.

- 105 million ₽ - at the Paramount Worldcenter in Miami.

- $15 million - a penthouse in Abu Dhabi.

- $6.5 million - at The Peninsula Dubai Residences in Dubai.

We are now actively working on launching sales in St. Petersburg. We have already hired an ROP and 5 brokers who are undergoing training, we are making websites and advertising campaigns.
