Cold June. Summarize the results of the month

The first month of summer has passed without a record. And there are a number of reasons for that. The Central Bank continues to freeze the market with a huge key rate. Plus the escalation in the Middle East has led to the postponement of a dozen deals.

But even in such conditions our brokers showed a decent result.

For the month of June, 134 transactions worth 9.05 billion ₽:

- 65% are in Moscow.

- 35% - foreign offices.

The leasing department closed 48 deals worth 22 million ₽.

Largest deals:

- 570 million ₽ - for a lot in Victory Park Residences.

- 460 million ₽ - for a lot in Russian Seasons.

- $5.8 million - for a lot in Al Waha Residences in Dubai.

- $1.2 million - for a lot at Beach House Fahid in Abu Dhabi.

- $1.5 million - for a lot at Landmark Pinnacle in London.
