Whitewill Transactions — October 2026

Fall has started to live up to my expectations. After a challenging summer and a slow September, sales have skyrocketed again. Our competitors are gradually closing their doors. Clients are staying with us.

In October, the Whitewill team closed 119 deals totaling 12.2 billion rubles. That’s 57% more than in September. That’s great news. The leasing departments closed another 76 deals worth ₽32 million. Russia accounted for 67% of total sales.

The largest transaction of the month in Moscow was the sale at “Khamovniki, 12” for ₽1.1 billion. In “Luzhniki Collection” , a penthouse was sold for ₽670 million. In the “Frunzensky” club neighborhood , a deal worth ₽556 million was closed. Two apartments in “Sadovye Kvartaly” contributed ₽542 million to the month’s total. In the “One” project eight apartments were sold for ₽360 million. In “Primavera” there were 6 transactions totaling ₽206 million.

The largest transaction involving a suburban office was the sale of a house in “Berezki” for ₽450 million. In St. Petersburg, the top-selling apartment was in “Futurist” for ₽78 million.

In the Middle East, 45 transactions were closed. In Abu Dhabi, three villas in Talay Beach were sold for $13.8 million. In Dubai, the largest sale was a townhouse on Bluewaters for $6.8 million. In Oman, another 11 deals were closed. The largest was an apartment at Bellevue Residence for $870k.

I’m glad that October’s success wasn’t due to a single, large, random sale. We closed dozens of major deals—expensive apartments, country homes, and a string of contracts in new developments. Everything I’ve patiently built over the years continues to pay off.

November and December are ahead of us. Two months that always have a way of surprising us. I want to end this year on a high note. Let’s get to work.
