April 2026 Wytheville Sales Report
For the past five years, April has been one of the strongest transaction volumes of the year, barely behind December. But April 2026 looks like it will be an exception.
Whitewill brokers closed 124 deals this month totaling 12.4 billion. Another 40 deals were signed by the leasing department. That brought another ₽22 million into the piggy bank.
Russia gave 67% of the total deal volume. The biggest sales in Moscow were an apartment in "Stella di Mosca" for ₽870 million and a mansion on Savvinskaya embankment for ₽510 million.
In the country office - a plot in "Mayendorf Gardens" for 1.1 billion rubles. In St. Petersburg - an apartment in Nevsky for ₽29 million.
I know some have been waiting with interest for our numbers on the Middle East. The world is back. Drones don't. But the market has inertia, so it's going to be a challenging summer. Still, we closed 38 deals for $52 million. It could have been worse.
In Dubai, the biggest deal was an apartment in the new Passo project for $4 million. In Abu Dhabi - an apartment in "Ayla Residence" for $1.3 million. In Oman, a villa at Luma Residence for $690,000.
Had dinner with the guys on the team last night. I shared that there are two feelings living in me at the same time right now: discontent and gratitude.
The discontent comes from wanting to keep growing. We've been growing for eight years in a row. But now the trend has broken. Every month we sell less than we did the year before. I don't look around and watch other companies. I compare my results to my own results in the past. I grumble. Although the market is changing. The winds of the recession are getting stronger.
And thanks first and foremost to the team. We sold 25% less than the year before. But that's still 100+ contracts and 12 billion in actual deals. In the current set of circumstances. Heroes.
Yes, we've lowered the bar, but we continue to cover all costs, fulfill obligations, and even generate revenue. Thanks, guys. It's already a miracle. I'm going back to Moscow in May. I miss you. A lot of appearances on the schedule.
