Architectural Digest
Appraised our apartment in Khamovniki
The Italian edition of Architectural Digest has published photos of the interior of an apartment we’re selling in the “Sadovye Kvartaly” neighborhood. Designed by Anastasia and Vladimir Kasymo of Casa Tredici, the apartment features a wood-burning fireplace, collectible furniture, and striking design elements.
Architectural Digest is one of the most authoritative international publications on architecture and design. A separate feature in AD Italia gives this apartment a rare advantage: its interior has received international editorial recognition. Yet another reason to take a closer look at the quality of the design, materials, and craftsmanship.
Let’s start with the fireplace. It’s clad in mirrored metal: the panels were custom-made according to individual drawings to achieve the desired shape and reflections. The living room is arranged around it—the fire behind the glass, a plush sofa, the sculptural Royal Stranger armchair, and Moscow visible through the panoramic windows.
The interior combines glossy surfaces, rounded shapes, and expressive textures. The bedroom features soft textile panels with a surface that’s pleasant to the touch. The kitchen appliances are concealed behind the cabinet fronts so they don’t clash with the interior.
Now, about the apartment itself. It’s a corner unit, 137 m², on the top, 15th floor. The windows offer views of Stalin-era skyscrapers, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Luzhniki Stadium, and Vorobyovy Gory.
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a separate walk-in closet and bathroom. A spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room. Arrital kitchen, Cassina and Royal Stranger furniture—the apartment is being sold fully furnished with designer finishes.
Price: 465 million ₽. If you’re looking for an apartment in Khamovniki and would like to see this interior in person, message a Whitewill broker via chat—we’ll send you a presentation and arrange a viewing.
