Whitewill awards are first in Pioneer in 2025
Can't keep this news from you any longer. The award for first place in sales in 2025 from the Pioneer real estate developer has arrived at the Whitewill office. Interestingly enough, we have taken home this award 7 years in a row. No competition.
The award itself is in the shape of an Opus house. It's being built on Derbenevskaya Embankment. We recently sold a penthouse there for ₽230 million. I don't think they'll catch up with us this year either.
"Opus" is a deluxe class clubhouse and A+ class business center in Danilovsky district, on the bank of the Moskva River.
The architectural appearance of the project was developed by Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners. Smooth, organic lines of the facade repeat the outlines of the water surface. The windows offer mesmerizing views of the Moskva River and the capital's horizons.
Some residences have terraces and balconies overlooking several sides of the world to meet the dawn with a cup of coffee and see off the sunsets, admiring the lights of the metropolis.
In the courtyard landscaped park with walking paths, a children's playground in the shape of a pearl and a sports ground for lovers of outdoor activities.
Read your favorite book or relax in the shade of the trees while your child plays hide-and-seek or catch-up with friends.
Natural wood totems are installed in the lobby. Interior details create the atmosphere of a winter chalet.

The image of the project is inspired by the game "Jenga": in the central tower the blocks are displaced, which creates space for balconies and terraces that can be used for planting shrubs and trees in tubs.
- "Pride" - a residential neighborhood in the district of Maryina roshcha with buildings of different storeys. Some buildings are shimmering with copper color, others - silver or gold. The windows offer views of the spire of the Ostankino Tower, the greenery of Sokolniki and Losiny Island.
