House on Chasovaya is a business-class residential complex in the prestigious Aeroport district in northern Moscow. The developer is Dar, a company within the Bestcon Group that specializes in business-class and premium-class projects. The architectural concept was developed by the world-renowned firm SPEECH, while the design of the common areas was created by Balcon. The project is being built on the site of the former Bakery No. 18, thus preserving the historical context while infusing it with modern elements. A total of seven sections, ranging in height from 5 to 22 stories, form an intimate, C-shaped perimeter around the courtyard. The complex comprises 255 residences in all.
