Launches in August and September 2026
August was a notable month for Moscow’s new-construction market. After a quiet start to the year, several developers simultaneously launched sales in the premium segment.
• “Ridge” . This premium neighborhood in Maryina Roscha will feature buildings of varying heights, including towers up to 69 stories tall. Residents will have access to a courtyard park, communal spaces, and a circular promenade connecting the buildings. Spaces for work, relaxation, and sports are planned at higher levels. The “Rizhskaya” metro station is a 2-minute walk away.
• “OM Botanichesky”. This new project will be located near the Botanical Garden. The name refers to one of the location’s main features—the opportunity to spend more time surrounded by nature.
• “Demidov, 26.” This residential complex stands out for its blend of modern architecture and the atmosphere of old Moscow: in the morning, take a stroll through the quiet streets of Basmanny; in the evening, meet up with friends at restaurants or visit theaters and exhibitions. Residents are offered apartments ranging from 41 to 237 m² with ceilings up to 3.6 meters high.
• “Dom Kino” . The project on Vasilyevskaya Street will combine a residential tower with a renovated cultural space featuring auditoriums, exhibition spaces, and a restaurant with a terrace. The residential section will feature 79 apartments ranging from 85 to 342 m². Residents will have access to lounges with fireplaces and bars, a fitness center, and spa areas.
What can we expect in September?
Two more exciting new developments are expected in September 2026.
• “Vern.” A new project on Vernadsky Prospekt featuring buildings of varying heights. Residents can look forward to two levels with different spaces for relaxation, walks, and sports. The developer is focusing on a private atmosphere and a modern urban environment.
• “MIG.” A large-scale business- and premium-class neighborhood in the Begovoy District. The project will offer a variety of unit types: from compact studios to spacious residences with terraces. The buildings will be connected by a central boulevard. A park with a pond and green spaces will be created in the center of the neighborhood, and schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, and retail spaces will open.
August showed that the real estate market is gradually returning to full activity. There will be even more new developments this fall—and it will be particularly interesting to see what projects developers have in store for the premium segment.
