The first phase of “Moments” is complete
The developer “Forma” has completed construction of the first phase of the “Moments” residential complex near Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo Park. Owners have already received their keys and begun setting up their new homes.
The first phase consists of a 30-story building with 330 apartments. The architectural concept was developed by the Kamen architectural firm. The clean-lined facades and understated geometry give the building a modern and striking appearance without unnecessary details.
A great deal of attention was paid to landscaping. The concept was developed by the Gillespis architectural firm. The courtyard now features walking paths, relaxation areas with lounge chairs and natural wood furniture, playgrounds, and ping-pong tables.
