“Omni Tower”: Monolithic Construction Has Begun
A new phase of construction has begun at the Omni Tower Class A business center in western Moscow. The developer, Sens, has begun monolithic construction work and reports that the project is ahead of schedule.
While construction workers continue to excavate the foundation pit, which is over 21 meters deep, the foundation slab is already being poured in one of the sections.
This pace is made possible by a three-tier shoring system: it simultaneously supports the excavation wall and allows several stages of work to be carried out in parallel.
Earthwork is scheduled to be completed in September 2026, the monolithic structure of the underground section by the end of the year, and the entire monolithic frame by the end of 2027. The business center is scheduled to open in the first half of 2028.
“Omni Tower” will be a 30-story Class A business center with a total area of 66,800 m². The project is aimed at both buyers of office space for their own businesses and investors.
The developer had previously announced the sale of 11,820 m² of office space within the complex.
