A new project in Tsvetnoy by Sezar Group
Developer Sezar Group has secured approval to build a residential complex on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The new project will be built on the site of one of Moscow’s most famous long-delayed construction projects—the “Ellina Women’s Center.”
The total area will be nearly 25,000 m², of which 20,000 m² will be residential space. Up to 203 apartments and 160 parking spaces in the underground garage are planned.
Sezar Group acquired the plot on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in February 2024. Prior to that, the unfinished “Ellina Women’s Center” building had stood there for over 20 years. The long-delayed construction project was demolished in 2025.
Now, a new chapter is beginning for the site. Tsvetnoy Boulevard is one of the most vibrant locations in central Moscow: theaters, restaurants, and exhibition centers are nearby.
