"MM22" is gearing up for launch
In Moscow’s Alekseevsky District, a new premium project called “MM22” from developer Foresight is set to launch.
According to preliminary data, the project will consist of 3 buildings and 395 apartments. The architectural concept is being developed by the firm “Briz Architects,” while “Megabudka” is handling the landscaping.
The project is currently undergoing approval, so the final specifications are subject to change.
The developer already has two residential complexes in Moscow:
• “Sobolev House” — an intimate, deluxe-class project at 18 Mashkova Street. Residents will have access to 33 apartments and 2 penthouses ranging from 80 to 367 m². The architecture, a contemporary interpretation of Art Nouveau, was developed by the “Nowadays Office” architectural firm. Planned amenities include a private courtyard, a club fitness center with a spa, and a two-level automated parking garage.
• “Pushkarev, 12” is an eight-story luxury building near Tsvetnoy Boulevard, featuring just 15 residences ranging from 51 to 279 m², including a penthouse. The architectural concept was developed by GAFA Architects. An enclosed garden will be landscaped for residents’ relaxation. A mechanized parking garage will be designed for vehicles.
