“House of Cinema”: Sales Begin
Sales are set to begin on Vasilyevskaya Street for the premium development “House of Cinema” . It will be built on the site of the former Central House of the Union of Cinematographers and will combine a modern residential tower with a cultural space.
The complex will feature 79 apartments ranging from 85 to 342 m². The average size is approximately 130 m². Each typical floor will have only 4 apartments, and 3.9-meter-high ceilings will add a sense of space and light to the interiors. In the penthouses, ceiling heights will reach 7.3 meters.
Special attention has been paid to communal spaces for residents. The building will feature cozy lounges with upholstered furniture, a fireplace, and a bar, as well as a fitness center and spa areas. The architectural concept was developed by the firm “Kleinwelt Architekten.” The residential tower will rise 28 stories. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2029.
