Whitewill's report on Whitewill transactions in March
March. The first month of spring. The first month in the new realities in the Middle East. The team closed 120 deals worth ₽13.7 billion, plus 35 deals from the leasing department worth ₽18 million. It's not a bad month.
Russia again takes a big piece of the pie - 70% of the total. The main deal of the month is Lavrushinsky for ₽1.8 billion. No less cool is a penthouse in Russian Seasons for ₽1.7 billion.
The amount of the deal is a little less, but what a price per meter - ₽6.2 million. I have not heard that someone in Moscow sold more expensive meter without finishing. I think this is a new price record for the capital. And it's for Whitewill again.
In the Middle East, 50 transactions closed in March. Total sales volume - $49.5 million. The leader of the month in Dubai - a villa in "Signature Mansions" (Signature Mansions) for $11 million.
My $25m pent didn't make it into the March deals and will go through April. The buyer was an internal client of the company and I paid a full commission on that deal.
In Abu Dhabi, the main driver is Manchester City Yas Residences. Six lots have closed here for $8.8 million.
In Oman, there were 18 transactions and even happened our internal record for value per property. This is a villa "Fendi Casa" (Fendi Casa) for $4.6 million. And the buyer came with a request in March, when the air was already in some places in the tension.
As a result, March 2026 fared better than March 2025 by 15%.
Convinced once again what an awesome team we have. Whitewill brokers closing big deals. Landmark deals. We're breaking records and we're gonna keep going.
