A little about Moscow. Starts of May.

March and April we have been actively booking apartments in the new River Park Kutuzovsky project. Our brokers sit right in the sales office and act as a key sales company for the developer. The developer has not set up its own sales department.

Oleg Torbosov made a big presentation for our partners and clients, where he talked about this project on Kutuzovsky. As a result, we have almost 2 billion worth of reservations, and now by the end of the month we have to convert them into signed CDAs.

At the end of May we will start booking and implementing another large-scale project in Presnya - the Whitewill team has joined a pool of several brokerage companies that will exclusively sell a new residential quarter near Presnensky Val. There will be apartments, top architecture and adequate starting prices for Presnya.

In the next month Presnya will please buyers with another start - a new residential neighborhood with apartments and even a few premium villas will be built on Sergei Makeev in the Lucky, Redside and Eleven cluster.

The developer is giving us a presentation of the project in mid-May. As soon as there is news, we will tell Whitewill clients and partners right away.
