Busy May. Whitewill's deal report for the month.
The first three weeks of May there was a strong feeling that the month will be frankly weak. But all the last week deals were in a dense flow and the final result was worthy.
Let's get to the numbers. Let's start, as usual, from Moscow. One lot each was sold in Aura, Symphony 34, Vorontsovsky Park, Nagatino i-land, Mod, Kazakov Grand Loft, Zilart and in three projects of Level Group: Prichalny, Michurinsky and Yuzhnoportovy. All single deals went for ₽312m.
Next up are the bigger deals. "VTB Arena Park" - ₽48m, Foriver - ₽53m, Ordynka, 25 - ₽122m, "Garden Quarters" - ₽145m, "Turgenev" - ₽248m, "Cherry Orchard" - ₽280m and a mansion near Park Kultury for ₽250m. The country boys made a hat-trick: Millennium Park for ₽330m, Renaissance Park for ₽350m and Novahovo for ₽369m.
The total in Moscow came to 2,507,000,000₽. This is less than we normally do, but is acceptable in the current set of circumstances.
Three deals closed by the guys in the London office in the Hayes Village, 10 Watkin Road and City North projects. The total value came to ₽141m. We plan to strengthen this department significantly this year.
Dubai has been the headliner in terms of transaction volume among all our divisions for the third month.
Sold a lot each in the projects Mag 5, SKYZ, Vincitore, ZADA, MJL, Sobha Hartland, Lagoons Nice, Sparkle Towers, Sterling, Park Point, Beach Vista, Creek Edge, Canal Front, Forte, Edge and Imperial Avenue. Totaling ₽560m, where the lowest priced lot cost only 11,000,000₽.
Two apartments each were sold in Benessere, MBL, Elite, SLS, Safa One projects. 3 lots each were sold in Riviera, MBR City The Crest, DC Creek Palace, Crest Grande, Lagoons. The total value of these transactions is ₽897m.
Larger lots include Port de ls Mer at ₽125m, Cavalli Casa Tower at ₽195m and an entire floor at Creek Beach Orchid for 307,000,000₽. Two apartments each sold at Adress JBR - ₽258m, Opus - ₽259m, Muraba - ₽282m and Six Senses on the Palm - ₽565m. 17 aparthouses at the St Regis at ₽768m and 33 apartments at the Peninsula project at 1,160,000,000₽.
Sales volume in Dubai for May came in at 5,376,000,000₽ and together with London and Moscow, the month pulled in 8,024,000,000₽. The rental department closed 9 deals for ₽5m, but we don't add them to the total.
